“Tout va bien” It means everything’s okay, or all is well. I used to have a problem with self mutilation, scratch that, still have a problem with it. It’s hard. It’s easy to control, and let everything out. But you don’t have to. No one should feel like they need to hurt themselves. Not to feel better, not because you feel hopeless, not for anything. I got this tattooed this week so every time I look down at these scars, the scars that nearly took my life not too long ago, I remember everything will be okay, and things will get better. Tout va bien

Because NO ONE should be peer-pressured (or as I like to call it society-pressured) into shame for having lost all hope. Self Injury is not the right answer, I know that. But that doesn’t give society the right to make you feel like a horrible person because of it.

i like that, the shame for having lost all hope. that’s how i feel.
